JD Ventures Builds LLC (“JD Ventures Builds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed and insured home remodeling contractor based in Allen, Texas, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Services include bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, roofing repairs and replacement, insurance restoration, power washing, junk removal, and related construction and site services.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

You may view, download, or print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

Project photographs displayed in our gallery depict work completed for JD Ventures Builds clients. All rights to those photographs are retained by JD Ventures Builds.

JD Ventures Builds publishes cost guides and price ranges on the Site (including in blog posts and service pages) to help homeowners plan and budget remodeling projects. All pricing information published on the Site is provided for general informational and planning purposes only.

Published prices, ranges, and estimator tools:

• Are not binding quotes or offers to contract
• Do not constitute an agreement to perform work at any specific price
• Reflect typical market ranges and may not apply to your specific project
• Are subject to change without notice based on material costs, labor availability, project scope, site conditions, and other factors

Binding pricing for any project is established only through a written estimate provided to you after an on-site consultation, and is finalized by a signed written contract between you and JD Ventures Builds. No representation made on the Site, including any interactive estimator, cost guide, or blog content, creates a contract or pricing obligation.

6. Services

Descriptions of services on the Site are provided for informational purposes. The specific scope of any project, including materials, timeline, labor, and deliverables, is defined solely by the written contract signed between JD Ventures Builds and the customer.

References to warranty coverage, licensing, insurance, and permit handling describe our general practice. Specific warranty terms for any individual project are set forth in the written contract and accompanying warranty documentation provided at project completion.

All services are subject to:

• Availability of JD Ventures Builds at the time of request
• Applicable local permitting and inspection requirements
• Execution of a written contract specifying the project scope, materials, timeline, and price
• Site conditions discovered during the course of work, which may affect scope and price

JD Ventures Builds reserves the right to decline any project for any reason.

7. Financing and Third-Party Lenders

JD Ventures Builds offers financing options through third-party lenders to qualified customers. By indicating interest in financing through the Site, you understand and agree that:

• Financing is provided by independent third-party lenders, not by JD Ventures Builds
• All credit decisions, loan terms, interest rates, fees, and approval decisions are made solely by the third-party lender
• JD Ventures Builds does not guarantee that you will qualify for financing or receive any specific rate, term, or amount
• Advertised rates and terms (including any rates referenced on the Site) are subject to credit approval and may not be available to all applicants
• Any loan agreement is between you and the third-party lender, not between you and JD Ventures Builds
• JD Ventures Builds is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or performance of any third-party financing arrangement

You are encouraged to review all financing documentation carefully and understand your obligations before accepting any loan offer.

8. Insurance Restoration Work

JD Ventures Builds provides insurance restoration services to homeowners with property damage from storms, water, fire, or other covered events. With respect to insurance restoration:

• JD Ventures Builds works with homeowners and insurance carriers to document damage and provide restoration estimates in adjuster-ready format
• JD Ventures Builds does not control, guarantee, or influence insurance claim decisions. Claim approval, denial, coverage limits, deductibles, and settlement amounts are determined solely by your insurance carrier under the terms of your policy
• JD Ventures Builds is not a public adjuster and does not represent you in the claims process
• You are responsible for understanding your insurance policy, deductibles, and coverage limits
• Payment for insurance restoration work is the customer’s responsibility, regardless of the outcome of any insurance claim
• JD Ventures Builds does not waive, rebate, or absorb insurance deductibles, which would be contrary to Texas law

9. Testimonials and Reviews

Customer testimonials and reviews displayed on the Site reflect the experiences of specific individual customers. Individual results vary based on project scope, materials selected, site conditions, and other factors. Testimonials are not a guarantee, promise, or warranty of the results you will achieve.

JD Ventures Builds may edit testimonials for length or clarity but does not alter their substance.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

JD Ventures Builds makes no warranty that:

• The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components

Warranties covering the workmanship of completed projects are provided separately through the written contract signed for each project and any accompanying warranty documentation. Nothing on the Site modifies the terms of those project-specific warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JD Ventures Builds LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or personal injury, even if JD Ventures Builds has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total liability of JD Ventures Builds to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a signed written contract for services, which is governed by the terms of that contract.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JD Ventures Builds LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Your misuse of the Site
• Any content you submit through the Site

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media profiles, financing partners, material suppliers, and industry resources. These links are provided for convenience only. 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JD Ventures Builds regarding your use of the Site. These Terms do not govern any project services contract, which is a separate written agreement.
